Greetings all! Hoping you are all enjoying your week thus far – yesterday totally flew by for me! Gotta love St. Patty’s Day! 🙂 Great times with family and friends… and amazing Irish food- you really can’t beat that!
Moving on to today’s food topic: CAULIFLOWER. I have really been enthralled by this veggie lately, and am looking for any possible recipe that incorporates cauliflower into it. Here are some keepers I found for you all! Hope you like 🙂
Cauliflower Pizza Bites. Mmmm, pizza. These are a perfect way for us to have the taste and allure of pizza, but keeping it gluten free and without loading it with carbs!
Keeping on the pizza theme, everyone must have heard of the new fad with pizza crusts using cauliflower. The Cauliflower Pizza Crusts in this recipe are… how should I put this… PERFECT. So delicious, and definitely satisfy my pizza craving at ANY time. I’ve made these a handful of times and am never disappointed!
Creamy Cauliflower Garlic Rice. Ahhh, everyone loves a good creamy warm rice dish on those cold winter nights, am I right? The combination of garlic, veggie broth, and mozzarella cheese on top makes this dish a solid contender in my cauliflower recipe book.
As a side note, I made very PLAIN Cauliflower “rice” the other day. And let me tell you… I ate the whole thing for dinner. An entire head of cauliflower… SO delicious! Just steamed the cauliflower until soft, added some seasonings, and mashed it. It’s way too easy to not try!
This last recipe has me incredibly interested… Buffalo “Chicken” (aka… Cauliflower!). I love spicy/buffalo flavored things, and this sounds right up my alley. I would simply substitute the flour for GF flour and Voila! It sounds amazing…
