Buenos dias!! How is everyone on this beautiful & happy Wednesday?? Its Julyyyyyyyy and I think its hands-down the best month of the year 🙂 I get the WHOLE month to look forward to my birthday (the last day of the month!) AND its summer. How perfect ❤
Yesterday was a pretty busy day, but I was so grateful to get lunch with this lovely lady Stefani. We always try to sneak out of work for lunches to grab smoothies and cheddar biscuits together and catch up on every little detail of life 🙂
Also, last night, Patrick and I went for a loooong 5-mile walk with his sister and brother in law along the Lake Michigan lakefront. SO gorgeous, and we even threw in some hills to work up a good sweat 🙂
Sarah and Josh are working HARD on their fitness journey and we are so excited to be working with them and watching their progress! So AWESOME!
Also, yesterday as you read in my blog post, I completed the #yogagivesbackchallenge Instagram challenge, and today I’m starting two more. Woohoo!! ❤ I just love it, and this really allows me to hold the Instagram-hand of the hosts and learn more about how to get into poses and hold them… feeling more confident and strong through the movements 🙂
My arms absolutely look broken here… buuuut I have hyper-extending elbows, so gimme a break 😉
Before I took these yoga pictures this AM, I participated in an outdoor bootcamp class that KICKED my heiney! We did stair sprints, hill sprints, more stair sprints… 😉 And lots of body weight exercises, like push ups, rows, dips and burpees. AWESOME sweat! Next Wednesday I’ll remember to take pictures!
