Turkey Burger Recipe and Workout Recap

Wisconsin doesn’t know if it wants to be in summertime or fall, I swear! Yesterday was muggy, humid, and about 80 degrees; and just overnight, we get tons of rain, gusts of wind, and now it’s about 60 degrees. Okayyyy, as long as you DON’T drop below 60, I’m good πŸ™‚

I wasn't made for winter I want my flip flops back

Dinner last night was a wonderrrful spin on our usual turkey burger recipe. This time, we added eggs, goat cheese and spinach; and it was super scrumptious and moist and delicious! Patrick sauteed mushrooms and white onion on the side for him, and I threw together some homemade sweet potato fries!

After dinner, we obviously proceeded to dessert. Chocolate frozen yogurt, with a spoonful of crunchy natural peanut butter and sliced strawberries on top. ❀
