I can tell you right now Wednesdays are becoming my favorite days of the week for workouts. Every morning, I join a group at my gym for a class called Outfitt, where they take us outside and we do obstacle courses, including a TON of intervals, hills, stairs, and other body weight exercises.
Its just GORGEOUS in Milwaukee early mornings in the summer, so we had a great group today! Today was the first class in the continuous 7-week course, so we did a timed course that we will repeat again on the LAST day of class to see how we all improved! I didn’t take any pictures during the workout, because HELLO, sweat and phones don’t mix well 😉
Iiiiii was really excited about our class being over. And…I think Patrick was too 🙂
Stopped at my favorite area in the park by my apartment to take my yoga pose picture for today. The actual pose was WAY more difficult and required me to be more flexible than I am, but variations are my favorite way to stay in touch with the yoga community and focus on where my yoga journey is taking me ❤
After class, I did a little handstand work at home and it was TOUGH. Handstands after 50 minutes of obstacle courses proved itself to be more difficult than I expected!
Glad we had a delicious and nutritious dinner last night to fuel us for class this morning! Egg sandwich with leftover sweet potato fries 😀 NOMZZZZ.
