I only have a few pictures for you all today. But I’m ecstaaaatic that it’s Friday! This week flew by, even though I wasn’t entirely busy.
Every Thursday in Milwaukee during the summer, the parks system puts on a free concert series called Jazz in the Park. We decided to go last night, even though the forecast was 60% rain. We had about 30 minutes of dry…and then sprinkles… and then rain. Ahhh, its life 🙂
The rain was SO gorgeous though, I just love the power of water.
Our good friend Hannah came to hang out; she’s such a fun hilarious girl, we always have such a great time together!
After we left, we came home to play cards. It was wonderful. I won’t say who won…but it wasn’t me. Drat! 🙂
This morning’s workout was KILLAAAAA. I joined the Triple Threat class at my gym, and it focuses on abs, arms, and a$$. Not a bad combo, eh?

^^ Our class killin it! And my attempt at capturing myself in the middle of the workout. We used weighted balls and hand weights on our mats, and BOY are my obliques and shoulders feeling it!! The class incorporates so many squats, lunges, and jumping, to get our heart rates up and work on sculpting those parts of our bodies we alllllways want to look better 😉
Love this class and CANNOT WAIT for next week!
