Another day, another birthday dinner… I can celebrate my birthday for a whole month, right? 😉
We had dinner with Patrick’s sister and brother-in-law last night. Cooked WONDERFUL chicken and veggie egg-fried-rice.
We cooked the chicken, sauteed a ton of vegetables (carrots, pea pods, broccoli, bean sprouts, mushrooms…), and cooked some delicious brown rice to create the bestaaaaaast dinner. I could eat this every single day.
I got to open a few gifts from those lovely people 🙂
SARAH MADE ME THIS APRON. I’m seriously in love with it, and it is so full of happiness and love and encompasses all things I love! Color, frills, and hippie-dippie style 🙂 I’m going to cherish it always ❤
This morning, I slept in.
BUT, I got up and still did a great 45 minute leg workout and a HIIT routine at my apartment. Chalene Johnson and her TurboFire video… she knows how to make me sweat! Yow!
Side leg lifts. And quad extensions.
Straight leg extensions. And 90 degree leg lifts. Glute work!!
Felt soooo good! Highly recommend doing her workouts, if you get the chance to get your hands on a DVD 🙂
