Chicken and Swimming – The Winning Combo.

For dinner: sauteed chicken and veggies. ALL THE VEGGIES.

The finished product! It was actually way more difficult to pull this chicken apart than I thought, but all the combinations of white and dark meat SLAYEDDDDD. πŸ™‚ I know you see them juices all over the plate……….

After dinner, we watched Mission Impossible 1, ya know, just #takinitbacktotheoldschool

Oh, and nextΒ week for dinner, THIS is happening. #drool

This morning, woke up BRIGHT and early to get our run/swim on! We had planned on getting cycling in as well, but the class was full, so we ran hard and swam hard and lalaloved it πŸ™‚

Nothing is better than a morning swim. Or run. Or breakfast…. But wait, I digress…
