It’s Friday! I’m in looooooooooove 🙂 Nothing beats a great Thursday night that leads right into FRIDAY! All Fridays are so welcome, so c’mon c’mon, let’s get the show on the road!!
For my #pictureframeFriday today, I’ll recap our second and last night at the State Fair – mo’ food, mo’ family, and mo’ memoriezzz. See what I did there.
So many reasons why I love this picture… Our looks… our teeth… but mostly, THAT CHOCOLATE COVERED BACON. We bee-lined to that tent right when we got to the fair, and devoured both pieces (duh). And could’ve had 4 more each (double duh).
THEN we got a Scotch Egg on a stick! SERIOUSLY my new favorite food. Minus the stick.
My good ol’ quarter back played some games and won a little frog stuffed animal for his niece 🙂 I was so proud. *tear*.
We saw a cow parade!
It actually wasn’t a parade, but they were crossing cows in front of us and they were SO CUTE and I wanted to pet one but I couldn’t. We tried, but nope 😦
After walking through the entire Expo center, we needed ice cream. Surprisingly, we didn’t even finish those two small scoops… But it sure hit the spot! 🙂 I also had a grilled ham and cheese sandwich because #carbs.
My little seeeeeeeeeeeeeeeester. We look too much alike.
And my pops! 🙂 He’s the best! 🙂
We had a fairly late night, but I still really wanted to get up and sweat, especially after that ice cream. So I did.
I ran 3 miles at a great pace (for me!)! And stretched out with some plank holds afterwards. I like sweating, mhm 🙂 We have a Sprint Triathlon tomorrow morning, so I’m glad I got my legs moving!
Hope you all have a reeeeeeeeeeeeeally awesome weekend!
Take care now, bye bye then 😀
