Gorgeous Sunday morning again lovelies! And I am so excited to have a productive day. Patrick and I just went for an absolutely perfect and beautiful walk around our neighborhood. LOVE this Spring-time feel! I start a new and exciting job tomorrow, so I’m going shopping for some classic/staple items for my wardrobe, to help spruce it up a bit 😉

Here’s an article about Emotional Eating. I know I have struggled with this in the past, so I highly recommend reading about how to ban it from your life for good! Lately, when I find myself feeling more emotional than usual (which is saying something!), I try to come to my yoga mat, or I try picking up my weights. If I need time alone, yoga or exercise of any kind has really been a beacon of light to get my mind straight and make those endorphins flow again!
And of course, running is amazing for stress-relief. Patrick and I have been marathon training (still, yes, until May) and after our runs, seratonin and endorphins are flying! Even though yes, we are tired and hungry and ready for sleep 🙂
