Sunday Links 2.28.16

Gorgeous Sunday morning again lovelies! And I am so excited to have a productive day. Patrick and I just went for an absolutely perfect and beautiful walk around our neighborhood. LOVE this Spring-time feel! I start a new and exciting job tomorrow, so I’m going shopping for some classic/staple items for my wardrobe, to help spruce it up a bit πŸ˜‰

I have some more links for y’all too! I hope you read and enjoy and let me know what you think! πŸ™‚

Perfect link for a relaxing Sunday, here are some awesome books that will make you feel pretty from the Inside Out. Big Magic has been on my list since it came out!

Amanda at Running with Spoons always has a delicious combination of Greek yogurt and bananas. Here’s her latest Ultimate Banana Greek Yogurt Muffin.

Holy DELICIOUS Grain-Free Chocolate Chip walnut Banana Bread from The Roasted Root. I love a good grain-free recipe!

If you’ve never tried Matcha Tea, I highly recommend it. Super sweet and filled with nutrients. Here’s a Matcha Latte to start you off πŸ™‚

Here’s an article about Emotional Eating. I know I have struggled with this in the past, so I highly recommend reading about how to ban it from your life for good! Lately, when I find myself feeling more emotional than usual (which is saying something!), I try to come to my yoga mat, or I try picking up my weights. If I need time alone, yoga or exercise of any kind has really been a beacon of light to get myΒ  mind straight and make those endorphins flow again!

imageAnd of course, running is amazing for stress-relief. Patrick and I have been marathon training (still, yes, until May) and after our runs, seratonin and endorphins are flying! Even though yes, we are tired and hungry and ready for sleep πŸ™‚

Here’s a informative article on how Running really does Make You Happy!

imageMy friend Ashlie is an awesome yoga instructor here in Wisconsin, and she has been writing posts about essential stretching and techniques for better, healthier, and Practical Yoga (which is the name of her blog series). She wrote an awesome post about tight hamstrings, which GETS ME as a runner! Seriously, check her out and let her know what you think!

I LOVE THIS POST! 75 Blog Post Ideas for the Lifestyle Blogger. What a great compilation of ideas for those of us who may get a little lost or unimaginative about our blogs posts πŸ˜‰ This is super helpful! Check it out!

Lastly, if you don’t follow Cassie’s Blogilates blog, PLEASE DO. Her posts are incredibly inspiring, her workouts are so awesome, harder than you think, and ALWAYS a ton of fun, and her message to girls and women about positive self-love and body images is AMAZING. Look at her latest post about her new PIIT28 workouts. It’s so so worth it.
